Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici have been married for over a year at this point, but they're still finding ways to keep the spark alive. According to People, the two frequently go on fun date nights. But they're not just your run-of-the-mill date nights. No, the lady who won over "The Bachelor's" heart has higher standards than that.
Here's what Sean had to say about it all:

"But we can't just go out to eat. She needs it to be really intentional and have a lot of thought behind it. She's all about themes. [Like] if she wanted to go have Chinese food, she might want to go see Chinese lanterns in the park afterwards."

Um, their first date was at the Lake Louise ice castle in Canada. A CASTLE made out of ICE, Loverlies. If that's what we had to compare our date nights to, we'd probably request some extra fancy planning as well!
But we think it's adorable that Sean actually obliges his lovely wife's request. It's not so much that he plans elaborate dates or writes her cute love notes on the regular, but more so that Sean listens to his partner and finds little ways to make her really happy. THAT is apparently the secret to keeping the romance going after you say "I do."
Want more advice from this happy couple? Here's what Sean has learned from his first year of marriage:"It's important for newlyweds to know that it's not easy. You're going to run into hurdles, especially when you come from two different backgrounds. But you're going to work your way through it and find what works best for your marriage."
