1. Getting Started

Is creating an account free?
Yes! Creating a Loverly account is completely free. Once signed up, you’ll have access to all our planning tools, vendor directory, and curated shop.
What is Loverly?
Loverly is your centralized hub for wedding planning. You can organize all your details in one place, connect with trusted vendors, shop for curated wedding products, and keep track of your planning progress.
Can I plan multiple weddings or events on one account?
Yes! You can add as many events as you’d like. The more events you add, the more organized everything stays, all in one place.

2. Dashboard Overview

What is the dashboard?
Your dashboard is your planning hub. It gives you an overview of all your tools in one place, so you can easily access your guest list, vendor manager, budget tracker, shop, and more.
Can I collaborate with others?
Yes! You can invite people to collaborate on your events, give them different access levels, and select which events they can view. You can also add your vendors as collaborators.
Can I archive or delete events if my plans change?
Absolutely! You can archive or delete events as needed. Archived events are still accessible in your settings if you want to reference them later.

3. Planning Tools

Vendor Manager
What does the Vendor Manager do?
The Vendor Manager keeps all your vendor details organized. You can upload contracts, notes, and contact information so everything you need is in one place.
Can I add vendors that aren't on Loverly?
Yes! You can manually add any vendors who aren’t on Loverly to your Vendor Manager to keep all your contacts in one place.
Budget Tracker
How does the Budget Tracker work?
The Budget Tracker helps you monitor every payment and stay on track. Track your overall wedding budget or individual event budgets, and link payments to specific vendors in your Vendor Manager.
Can I track deposits and installments separately?
Yes! You can add multiple payments for a single vendor, give each payment a custom title, and set the date. This makes it easy to track deposits, installments, and final payments.
Can I add payment methods to my payments?
Yes! You can record payments made by check, cash, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or other.
Guest List
What can I do with the Guest List tool?
The Guest List helps you:
  • Collect guest addresses and RSVP statuses
  • Organize seating charts using customizable guest groups
  • Export your list to share with your vendor team
Can I customize my forms?
Yes! Both the Address Collection Form and RSVP Form are fully customizable. Add your own images, messages, and even custom RSVP questions like meal preferences. Information updates automatically in your Guest List.
Can I track RSVPs and seating arrangements together?
Yes! The Guest List allows you to tag guests by groups for easy seating chart planning.
Can I edit forms after sending them out?
Yes! You can customize your forms at any time, and all updates automatically sync with your Guest List.
Can I track meal preferences, plus-ones, or special requests?
Yes! All of these details can be tracked within each guest’s information in your Guest List.
Can I add guests manually or import from another source (like a spreadsheet)?
Yes! Click the “Add Guest” button in your Guest List to choose whether you want to enter contacts manually or import them from a spreadsheet.
Cash Registry
How does the Cash Registry work?
Loverly’s Cash Registry is powered by Birdie. To transfer funds, follow the link in your registry tab on the dashboard to Birdie’s site.
Vision Boards
What are Vision Boards?
Vision Boards let you save real wedding images, products, and inspiration that resonate with your wedding vision. You can create multiple boards based on different events and share public links with your vendors and planning team.

4. Shop

What is the Loverly Shop?
The Shop is a curated lookbook featuring wedding products used throughout the planning process—from wedding dresses to menswear and accessories. Products are available for all events, including bachelorettes, bridal showers, and the wedding day itself.
How do I make a purchase?
You’ll be directed to the brand’s website to checkout. Loverly does not process transactions directly.
Can I save items I like?
Absolutely! You can save products to your dashboard for future reference, even if you’re not ready to buy.

5. Real Weddings

Can I submit my wedding to be featured on Loverly?
Yes! Real wedding submissions are open to all users. Each submission is reviewed by our editorial team to ensure it meets our guidelines.
What are the requirements for submissions?
To qualify, submissions must include:
  • 20-30 high-quality photos that comprehensively showcase your wedding day
  • A list of vendors
  • A short description of the day to capture the overall vision
How long does the review process take?
On average, it takes 2 weeks to accept or decline a submission. Once accepted, publication usually takes another 2 weeks.
Can I edit my wedding submission after it’s been published?
Yes, you can edit your submission after publication. Keep in mind that any edits will go through the approval process again.
What if my submission is missing information?
You may receive an email requesting additional details. Adding these does not mean your submission is declined. If you receive a declination email, the decision is final.
 Will all published weddings appear on social media?
Not all published albums are shared on Loverly’s social channels. Our social team reviews each published wedding to select content.
How do I share my published wedding with friends, family, or vendors?
Once your wedding album is published, you’ll receive a shareable link that you can send to anyone you’d like.

6. Vendor Directory

What is the Vendor Directory?
Our directory allows you to search vendors in your area and directly inquire about their availability.
How do I know if a vendor is available?
The best way to check a vendor’s availability is to submit an inquiry using the form on their profile. Include as much detail as possible about your event so the vendor can respond accurately.
What is the Loverly List?
The Loverly List is our hand-selected, yearly award honoring the best vendors in the wedding industry. These vendors are trusted, reliable, and recognized for excellence.

7. Security & Privacy

 Is my information safe on Loverly?
Yes. All your data, including guest details, vendor contracts, and payment info, is stored securely and accessible only to you and collaborators you authorize.
Can I export my information?
Yes! You can export your guest list and other relevant data for use with vendors or offline planning.

8. Technical / Account

How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password anytime using this link: https://loverly.com/forgot-password. 
How do I delete my account if I choose to leave?
To delete your account, please send a request to brand@loverly.com and we’ll assist you.
How do I get help if I have additional questions?
