Peggy Liao Cake

Peggy Liao Cake is based out of San Diego, California that specializes in artisan desserts and modern cake. Peggy had a background of finance before committed to cake design. She obtained Designer Cake Certificate from Bonnie Gordon College in Toronto in February 2017 with honor. She enjoys combining arts and pastry together to bring her clients custom tailored desserts while entertaining their taste buds.
