Espie Bakes

I began baking custom cakes back in 2007, my first cake was a slot machine for my mom’s 55th birthday party. Baking quickly became my favorite hobby and shortly after, it became my passion. What started as an interest gradually developed into a small business for me. Wanting to take my natural talent to the next level, I enrolled in the Art Institute of the Inland Empire and I am working towards achieving my dream of becoming a certified Pastry Chef.
