With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, he works creating luxury cakes for high-end clients and teaching worldwide. His work has been placed at venues such as the Four Seasons Hotel George V, the Château Vaux-le-Vicomte, the Rodin Museum, the Beauvallon Hotel in Saint-Tropez, the Château de Ferrières, and the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild in Nice.
