Over the years, I've approached wedding filming with a raw and honest perspective, refining my style to craft unique and artistic films. Recently experimenting with new mediums such as VHS footage to add an extra element to my work. Weddings are a huge milestone in a couples life. Although I get particularly excited at beautiful venues and a statement pair of shoes, my motivation for filming weddings is so much more than awing over the material elements of a couples day. I hope, through my work and when watching the films back, to enable the feeling of anticipation for what lies ahead, nostalgia for forgotten moments, a tinge of sadness for those who are no longer with us, yet comfort in their presence, and above all, the overwhelming sense of love. I really do love filming weddings and I consider it a profound privilege to be entrusted with capturing one of the most significant days in a couple's life. Knowing my work will be one of the lasting memories from the months, even years of planning and knowing that my films can be enjoyed by many for years to come is very special.
