Executive Chef and Owner, Shawn McFalls has been in food service for over 20 years. At the age of 15 he started as a dishwasher for a local bakery; then proceeded to various other positions from a service station to café worker to Executive Chef at Charlotte Motor Speedway, servicing known clients such as Michael Jordan and O. Bruton Smith.
