CJ's Western BBQ, founded by pitmaster Noah De La Cruz, brings Texas-inspired barbecue to Northwestern Virginia. Starting from backyard experiments with a Weber Kettle, Noah honed his craft transforming tough cuts into tender, flavorful BBQ without relying on sugars, sauces, or artificial flavorings. Using a 325-gallon trailered propane tank offset smoker, he perfected his technique, creating CJ's Western BBQ as a passion project dedicated to clean, smoky, and expertly crafted barbecue.
