Absolutely Delicious Catering

In February of 2000, we opened the Absolutely Delicious Cafe in San Antonio as the first step toward our goal of becoming one of the city's leading caterers. Along with a staff of two, we served diners in her 24-seat restaurant and began catering for weddings for up to 400 people.
