Founded by Danielle and Jeff Cousler, A Thyme Savor has grown from humble beginnings in Danielle’s kitchen nearly 20 years ago into a premier catering company. As the original chef and visionary, Danielle brings a love for food and flavor, while Jeff manages accounting, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service. Our Catering Director, Liz Hiner, is the expert on all things weddings. With extensive experience in event catering, she oversees the details and logistics that have helped our company grow exponentially. Leading the kitchen, Executive Chef Brad Hagler brings his deep restaurant industry expertise to the catering world. His refined yet traditional approach, particularly in his sauces and signature dishes, has earned rave reviews from our clients. Our menus focus on elevated Southern and Italian cuisine, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible to ensure exceptional quality while supporting small businesses in Eastern North Carolina.
