By participating in The Bridal Edit: New York City (the “Contest”), participants agree to these Official Terms & Conditions.

The Bridal Edit: New York City (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Pronovias and Loverly are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary.

The Contest begins on September 12, 2025 and ends on October 12, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST.

The Bridal Edit: New York City Contest is sponsored by Pronovias (“Pronovias” and “Supplier”) and Loverly.

The Contest will select three finalists who will be interviewed as part of the selection process. From these finalists, one winner will be chosen. Finalists and the winner will be notified via email by the end of October 2025 with instructions for next steps. The winner will receive the Prize, which includes a trip to New York City for themselves and two guests to visit the Pronovias flagship store and pick out a wedding dress.

Loverly and Pronovias are responsible for ensuring that participants and the winner understand the terms for redeeming the Prize.

Entrants may enter The Bridal Edit: New York City Contest by filling out the online form, providing valid information including your first and last name, email, wedding date, zip code and phone number. To qualify, entrants must be following Loverly on Instagram at the time of entry. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be disqualified, but only one entry per person will be considered. No purchase is necessary.

Three (3) finalists will be selected based on their completed applications, and their entries will be reviewed. From these finalists, one (1) winner will be chosen based on an interview with the Loverly editorial team sharing their personal story and suitability of the prize package. 

The finalists and the winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the selection. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

The winner must accept the Prize as awarded and may not transfer the prize to another person. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. Pronovias and Loverly reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.

By entering this The Bridal Edit: New York City Contest, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to receive marketing emails from Pronovias and Loverly. Entrants may unsubscribe from these marketing emails at any time.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Pronovias and Loverly reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or violating these Terms and Conditions. By participating in The Bridal Edit: New York City Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the sponsors.

Pronovias and Loverly are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical problems, human error, or any combination thereof that may affect the operation of the Contest. They are also not responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of participation in the Contest or the acceptance and use of any prizes.

Pronovias and Loverly liability will not exceed the value of the prize, except in the cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.  Travel and accommodations are subject to airline and hotel terms and conditions, with sponsors not responsible for cancellations, delays, or other circumstances beyond their control.  

By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to grant the contest organizers and participating sponsors (Pronovias and Loverly) the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use their name, image, voice, likeness, and any photographs, videos, or other media captured in connection with the Prize or related events for promotional, marketing, and storytelling purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, press releases, advertisements, and other forms of media or communications.

The Winner further agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the contest organizers, including interviews, photoshoots, and video recordings, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The Winner acknowledges that all media and content produced in connection with these activities will remain the property of the contest organizers and participating sponsors.

The Winner may request in writing the exclusion of specific content or likenesses, subject to approval by the contest organizers at their sole discretion.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policies ofPronovias and Loverly.

The winner of the Contest will be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including tax obligations. As the prize administrator, Loverly is required to issue a 1099 form to the winner. The winner is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the full prize amount.

These Terms and Conditions and the name of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 3 Mount Ebo Road, Suite 7, Brewster, NY 10509 within thirty (30) days of the end of the Contest Period.

Except where prohibited, all participants agree that:

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, associated with, or administered by Instagram or Pinterest. Participant is providing its information to Sponsor and hereby releases and agrees to hold Instagram and Pinterest harmless from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind in connection with this Contest.
