Caitlyn Chase's Intimate Italian Wedding at Rosewood Castiglion Del Bosco

From the moment Caitlyn Chase and Stefan Joseph became engaged in December 2023, they envisioned an intimate, romantic, and personal ceremony. They chose Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Montalcino, Italy, for its warm hospitality, stunning landscape, rich history, and elegance. Eloping allowed them to create a day dedicated to their new beginning. With Savoir Agency's help, they orchestrated a fairytale day. Caitlyn and Stefan had their first look in the lavender garden, followed by a ceremony led by an Italian officiant. They exchanged personal vows, read excerpts from their favorite poetry, and participated in a traditional handfasting ceremony with silk ribbons. Their private, five-course candlelit dinner was held at the highest point of the estate, amidst the vineyards, and catered by a Michelin-starred chef. Together, they recounted the day, danced, and watched a beautiful sunset before jumping in the pool for an epic end to a magical day.
