Black, Gold, and Candlelight: Palais Royale’s Timeless Elegance
Cling & Peck · South Bend, IN
The Story
Kara and Robert celebrated their union with a glamorous winter wedding that seamlessly blended 1920s Gatsby-inspired elegance with deeply personal family tributes. Set against the historic architectural beauty of the Morris Performing Arts Center and the Palais Royale, the evening began with a cinematic ceremony under soaring gilded ceilings and glowing chandeliers. As the celebration transitioned into a black-and-gold reception illuminated by over 1,000 candles, the couple honored their heritage through meaningful details, including a replica of a 1952 family wedding cake and sentimental lace accents. Captured by Cling & Peck and expertly coordinated by One Fine Day Special Events and Wedding Planning, the night concluded amidst a soft snowfall, marking a magical New Year’s Eve transition into their new life together.
