A Romantic Summer Wedding at Bishop's Lodge

Deborah and Craig’s wedding at the beautiful Bishop's Lodge in Santa Fe, New Mexico, was a celebration of love, adventure, and family. Surrounded by the stunning Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the location captured their shared love for the outdoors, with the landscape reminding Craig of the African bush and Deborah of a Texas ranch. Deborah customized a vintage dress with Angelica’s Custom Tailors, while Craig designed her ring with family friends at Jenna Clifford Studio. Thoughtful details were woven throughout, including a custom family crest, Southwestern-meets-South African cuisine, and a family heirloom Texas Grapefruit wedding cake. They also surprised guests with a groom’s cake inspired by Craig’s motorcycle journey across Africa and a phone booth guest book to capture voice messages from loved ones. Dancing under the stars to the Diamond Empire Band, Deborah and Craig’s wedding was a heartfelt blend of personal history, culture, and joyous memories.
