A Romantic Fall Wedding at La Quinta Resort & Club

Jordan and Jenny leaned into the natural beauty of the desert as the inspiration for their colors, design, and decor. After their first site visit, they knew they wanted the backdrop of the rocky, red Santa Rosa Mountains set against the muted blue sky to be the central feature of their day. All of their decor and florals were hand-selected to compliment the hues and rich textures of the desert - while leaning into their vibe of romantic desert vintage, which felt so natural given La Quinta’s significance in old Hollywood glamour and love stories. The most important element of their wedding was the guest experience. This was the first time they would reconnect with family and friends after almost two years, and with a destination wedding weekend full of events and guests coming from around the country to celebrate with them, they wanted to ensure this would be a weekend they would never forget. From the welcome party on Friday to kick off the weekend, to live surprise musical performances during the reception by the groom and bride's father, and from the custom tile place cards (which later became take-home coasters) and custom tile dance floor nodding to the Talavera tile around the property to our surprise entrance during cocktail hour to join our guests, there were several special touches that made their wedding weekend so special and unique to them and their loved ones.
