A Classic Fall Wedding at Tribeca Rooftop

Matt and Gabrielle met in New York City in 2014 so they both knew that they wanted to get married in Manhattan as soon as they got engaged in 2021. Matt and Gabrielle had the most magical wedding day on October 7, 2022. They call their wedding classic with a modern twist. Their ceremony was at the Basilica of Regina Pacis in Brooklyn where we had both a priest and a rabbi marry us. After tying the knot, they headed over to their venue Tribeca Rooftop in New York City. The wedding venue itself was absolutely beautiful, including the rooftop view of Manhattan for the cocktail hour and the immaculate main reception room with a skylight over the dance floor. They wanted to keep the decorations clean and classic by having white orchards, gold candelabras and candles displayed on the tables and throughout the main room. The cocktail hour included a raw bar, sushi bar, dim sum station, mediterranean station, taco bar, martini bar and a margarita bar along with many passed hors d'oeuvres. The first course included a rainbow baby kale caesar salad with herbed sourdough croutons wrapped in a architectural parmesan crisp. The second course was butternut squash raviolis with a sage cream and fried cream garnish. The main course included a first choice of a filet mignon with a caramelized cipollini, onions, potatoes au gratin and honey truffle glazed crispy brussel sprouts topped with their special steak sauce. The second choice was a maple glazed chilean sea with a side of spinach and quinoa, bursted cherry tomatoes, saffron beurre blanc and frizzled leeks. The passed around desserts included mini apple cobblers, warm chocolate chip cookies with milk shooters, mini s'mores, mini churros with dipping sauce, mini brownie sundaes with whipped cream and mini cones with lemon and raspberry sorbet. Lastly, we had a red velvet and chocolate decadence cake with cream cheese and cannoli filling. They are still getting compliments from their guests about how our food was impeccable and compared it to a fine dining restaurant in Manhattan.
