Colleen and Kevin's love story began at Franklin & Marshall College and deepened over nine years. Their journey took a romantic turn in Florida, where Kevin proposed at their favorite spot overlooking the Gulf. They chose Canoe Brook Country Club in Summit, NJ, for their wedding, a place with sentimental significance as it was where Colleen's parents married 33 years ago. Their talented planner brought their vision of a romantic English garden wedding to life, blending it seamlessly with the country club's chic design. The color palette was organic and timeless, featuring greens, whites, and gold accents, with greenery and creamy florals taking center stage. The ceremony was held on the club’s stone terrace, where Colleen and Kevin exchanged heartfelt vows beneath a lush, asymmetrical arch, which later adorned their sweetheart table. After a first look and a fun ride around the golf course, the couple enjoyed a reception filled with tree-inspired centerpieces, chinoiserie linens, and moss details. Their cake featured a custom wooden monogram, and signature drinks paid homage to their love of golf. Kevin's mid-reception change into a red velvet smoking jacket added a touch of flair, while Colleen kept her dress on all night, dancing the night away with loved ones.
