It'll probably go something like this....

1Denial.
“No, this has to be a joke. Just because she has a ring on her fourth finger on her left hand, it doesn’t mean anything! She would never do this to me…we promised to be crazy cat ladies for life. I’m just going to have some of this Ben & Jerry’s while I wait for her to call me to tell me it’s all a big misunderstanding.”
2Anger.
“How is she getting married before I am!? Where’s my Prince Charming?! We both know I’m smarter and prettier than she is. And eff her for going back on our promise to be roommates forever! Now she only wants to hang out with her “LOVE.” Ugh, I need to punch something. I’m going to an intense kickboxing class to work…and then there’s that ice cream.
3Bargaining.
“Maybe if I take her out on the town tonight she’ll realize that she wants to be a single gal again. All I need is some tequila. And some other singles.”
4Depression.
“This is hopeless…she’s going to get married and I am going to be single forever. Who will I spend my Saturday nights with now? I’m going to die in my apartment and no one is going to find me for a week, at which point my cat will have started eating me.”
5Acceptance.
“Well…I guess they do really love each other and she does seem really happy. Maybe this wedding won’t be so bad. And she did say her fiancé has a few good-looking friends to set me up with. Now…what will I wear as the Maid of Honor?”
