7 Ideas from Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo's Wedding You'll Want to Try

The Save to Loverly button makes it easy to save your dream wedding inspiration and vendors to your planning dashboard.
Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine married Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo over the weekend in a destination wedding that sounds downright dreamy! As the wedding details roll in, here are the ones we're loving so far.

1
 A unique rehearsal dinner.

According to US Weekly, the couple had a beach bash rehearsal and served mini cakes, churros, and treats from the ice cream truck.

2
Have a friend officiate.

The couple's pal Jonah Hill helped them say "I do." (Thinking of having a friend officiate? Read our tips first!)

3
A non-traditional registry.

Levine and Prinsloo asked guests to give to charity instead of giving them gifts. Since they probably aren't hurting for cash, this is a very classy move. And we're guessing those flying to Los Cabos for the duo's destination wedding appreciated this even more. Set up your own charity registry through a website like I Do Foundation.

4
Getting pals involved in the wedding.

Levine's bandmates reportedly performed at the reception. Even if your nearest and dearest aren't in a wildly successful band, you could still ask your most talented friend to sing "your song" for your first dance.

5
A runway-inspired gown.

Prinsloo worked with top designer Georgina Chapman of Marchesa on her gown. Her inspiration gown featured floral appliqués and we hear the final dress had oh-so-trendy thin straps and a low back.

6
A locally-inspired menu.

Guests were treated to a delicious Mexican meal at the reception. People Magazine reports that "guests dined on organic pork chops, fresh fish and beet salads, and later, for dessert, indulged in alcohol-infused paletas (Mexican popsicles) and treats from an organic ice cream cart." (We told you boozy popsicles were going to be big this summer!)

7
Keeping the pics off social media.

While we love checking Instagram for the latest celeb wedding pics, we totally get why some couples would want to have an unplugged wedding. Props to these two for keeping things private!
