Itay and Catherine’s wedding, artfully documented by Julian Ribinik Studios, was a heartfelt celebration of love, heritage, and resilience. Their story began in 2016—what they playfully call the “ancient times” of dating apps—when a casual date in Williamsburg turned into a four-hour conversation and an instant connection. Eight years later, Itay proposed during a birthday trip to Lisbon, in the quiet privacy of their hotel room. Their “Jew-ish” ceremony at Brooklyn Winery blended Itay’s Jewish roots with Catherine’s Catholic faith, honoring both joy and recent loss. Surrounded by lush greenery, vibrant florals, and a wooden chuppah, they exchanged vows in a deeply personal ceremony. Catherine wore a silk slip gown with lace accents, while Itay chose a custom linen suit perfect for the summer heat. With live Spanish guitar and seasonal fare, every moment reflected their love and intentionality.
