A Day of Love, Laughter, and Coastal Magic at Alila Marea

Emily and Dan celebrated their love at the Alila Marea Beach Resort in a spring wedding defined by timeless elegance and playful intimacy. After meeting on Hinge in August 2020 and later engaging on a Fourth of July hike, the couple worked with To Be Designed to create a sophisticated black and white aesthetic filled with lush white florals. Photographer Maria Davis captured every unique detail, from the "First Acts" gratitude moment to the interactive ceremony where guests discovered hidden rings and mini liquor bottles beneath their seats. Following sunset cocktails on the Oceanview Terrace, the celebration moved into the ballroom for an electric dance party hosted by Dart Collective and Jo Cardillo Music. Between the Kelly Slater guest book and the "From Coast to Coast" seating chart, the day was a perfect, presence-first reflection of their journey together.
