A Boho Summer Wedding at a Private Ranch

Nederland, Colorado
The wedding took place at a private ranch in Nederland, Colorado overlooking the majestic Rocky Mountains during the peak bloom of the wild flowers. Kimberly and Nick, who met at Burning Man, came to this ranch for their first date. A year and a half later, Nick proposed here under the same trees where they had their first picnic. They wanted to have the wedding at the same location to share this magical place with their family and friends. The theme was black tie x Burners to give it a special edge and flare of the playa. They used bold florals on the ceremony teepee, a disco ball floral centerpiece in the tent, and scattered throughout were beautiful crystals, candles, and incense. Kimberly was driven to the alter in a vintage Jeep decked out in flowers. They had a cellist playing the song "Come As You Are" by Nirvana as she walked down the aisle. After the I do's, the couple proceeded to "Lets Get Down to Business" by Tiesto. Nick is a commercial organic cattle rancher, so they served his grass-fed organic steaks at dinner. The afterparty featured a bespoke vintage wagon bar with a fun neon "lover" sign and florals. They even had two Burner DJs to enliven the dance party all night long!
