The Win Your Wedding Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Rocabella Santorini, Justin Alexander, Smith & Quinn, Brite Co, BachBoss, SuitShop, Julie Vos, and Loverly are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary.

The Contest begins on January 1, 2026 and ends before or on February 5, 2026, at 11:59 pm PST.

This Win Your Wedding Contest is sponsored by Rocabella Santorini, Justin Alexander, Smith & Quinn, Brite Co, BachBoss, SuitShop, Julie Vos, and Loverly. 

Prize:

One winner will receive the following prizes, which may collectively be referred to as "the Prize."

Entrants may enter the Win Your Wedding Contest by filling out the online form, providing your name, your partner's name, phone number, email address and zip code. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be disqualified, but only one entry per person will be considered. No purchase is necessary.

Three (3) finalists will be selected based on their completed applications, and their entries will be reviewed. From these finalists, one (1) winner will be chosen based on personal story and suitability of the prize package. 

The finalists and the winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the selection. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

The winner must accept the Prize as awarded and may not transfer the prize to another person. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted.  Rocabella Santorini, Justin Alexander, Smith & Quinn, Brite Co, BachBoss, SuitShop, Julie Vos, and Loverly reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.

By entering this Win Your Wedding Contest, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to receive marketing emails and marketing communication from  Rocabella Santorini, Justin Alexander, Smith & Quinn, Brite Co, BachBoss, SuitShop, Julie Vos, and Loverly. Entrants may unsubscribe from these marketing messages at any time.

By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to grant the contest organizers and participating sponsors the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use their name, image, voice, likeness, and any photographs, videos, or other media captured in connection with the Prize or related events for promotional, marketing, and storytelling purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, press releases, advertisements, and other forms of media or communications.

The Winner further agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the contest organizers, including interviews, photoshoots, and video recordings, without additional compensation. The Winner acknowledges that all media and content produced in connection with these activities will remain the property of the contest organizers and participating sponsors.

The Winner may request in writing the exclusion of specific content or likenesses, subject to approval by the contest organizers at their sole discretion.

By participating in the Win Your Wedding Contest, entrants agree to have the wedding take place in October 2026, May 2027 or October 2027. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.  Rocabella Santorini, Justin Alexander, Smith & Quinn, Brite Co, BachBoss, SuitShop, Julie Vos, and Loverly reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or violating these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Win Your Wedding Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the sponsors. 

Rocabella Santorini, Justin Alexander, Smith & Quinn, Brite Co, BachBoss, SuitShop, Julie Vos, and Loverly are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical problems, human error, or any combination thereof that may affect the operation of the Contest. They are also not responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of participation in the Contest or the acceptance and use of any prizes.

The winner of the contest will be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including tax obligations. As the prize administrator, we are required to issue a 1099 form to the winner, as the prize is estimated to be valued at $50,000. The winner is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the full prize amount.

These Terms and Conditions and the name of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 3 Mount Ebo Road Suite 7 Brewster, NY 10509 within thirty (30) days of the end of the Contest Period.

Except where prohibited, all participants agree that:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, associated with, or administered by Instagram or Pinterest. Participant is providing its information to Sponsor and hereby releases and agrees to hold Instagram and Pinterest harmless from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind in connection with this Contest.
