The Proposal Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Ring Concierge, Tie Bar, Independent Collection Hotels & Resorts, BriteCo and Loverly are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary.

The Contest begins on November 4, 2025, and ends on December 9, 2025, at 11:59 pm PST.

This Proposal Contest is sponsored by Ring Concierge, Tie Bar, Visitation Hotel Frederick (part of Independent Collection Hotels & Resorts), BriteCo and Loverly.

One winner will receive the following prizes, which may collectively be referred to as "the Prize."

Entrants may enter the Proposal Contest by filling out the online form, providing your name, email address, zip code, phone number and estimated proposal date. To qualify, entrants must be following Loverly on Instagram at the time of entry. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be disqualified, but only one entry per person will be considered. No purchase is necessary.

Five (5) finalists will be selected based on their completed applications, and their entries will be reviewed. From these finalists, one (1) winner will be chosen based on personal story and suitability of the prize package. The final selection will be made by December 19, 2025.

The finalists and the winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the selection. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

The winner must accept the Prize as awarded and may not transfer the prize to another person. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. Ring Concierge, Tie Bar, BriteCo, Independent Collection Hotels & Resorts and Loverly reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.

By entering this Proposal Contest, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to receive marketing emails and communication from Ring Concierge, Tie Bar, BriteCo, Independent Collection Hotels & Resorts and Loverly. Entrants may unsubscribe from these marketing communications at any time.

By participating in the Proposal Contest, entrants agree to have the proposal take place before March 2026. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Ring Concierge, Tie Bar, BriteCo, Independent Collection Hotels & Resorts and Loverly reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or violating these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Proposal Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the sponsors.

Ring Concierge, Tie Bar, BriteCo, Independent Collection Hotels & Resorts and Loverly are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical problems, human error, or any combination thereof that may affect the operation of the Contest. They are also not responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of participation in the Contest or the acceptance and use of any prizes.

By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to grant the contest organizers and participating sponsors the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use their name, image, voice, likeness, and any photographs, videos, or other media captured in connection with the Prize or related events for promotional, marketing, and storytelling purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, press releases, advertisements, and other forms of media or communications.

The Winner further agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the contest organizers, including interviews, photoshoots, and video recordings, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The Winner acknowledges that all media and content produced in connection with these activities will remain the property of the contest organizers and participating sponsors.

The Winner may request in writing the exclusion of specific content or likenesses, subject to approval by the contest organizers at their sole discretion.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policies of Ring Concierge, Tie Bar, BriteCo, Independent Collection Hotels & Resorts and Loverly.

Taxes and Legal Compliance:

The winner of the contest will be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including tax obligations. As the prize administrator, we are required to issue a 1099 form to the winner, as the prize is estimated to be valued at $20,000. The winner is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the full prize amount.

These Terms and Conditions and the name of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 3 Mount Ebo Road Suite 7 Brewster, NY 10509 within thirty (30) days of the end of the Contest Period.

Except where prohibited, all participants agree that:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, associated with, or administered by Instagram or Pinterest. Participant is providing its information to Sponsor and hereby releases and agrees to hold Instagram and Pinterest harmless from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind in connection with this Contest.
