I used to do wedding cakes and source the flowers from the sweetest lady who owned a flower shop on Main Street. When she announced closure, I decided that simply could not happen. My mom and I put our heads and hearts together and decided to give floristry a whirl. Decorating a cake with florals always takes me for a trip down memory lane.
