White House Florist is a locally owned Mother-daughter floral shop. It has been an established business in Santa Barbara since 1950. When you walk into the White House you immediately feel a whimsical & relaxed atmosphere with the desire that you must visit at least once a week. I am told that the fragrance of the shop is overwhelmingly enveloping.
