U Ciauru is born from my great passion for cooking and my ongoing love affair with my Sicilian roots. Ciauru, [‘çauɾu] in sicilian dialect means fragrance.<br /> ​<br /> ​There is no question that the fragrances and aromas from a bustling kitchen bring forth an early memory, as far back as our childhood. Until now I enjoyed satisfying the cravings of my husband Giorgio and my daughter Rebecca, and all of my friends.
