Founded in 1981 by Susan Halme, the bakery specializes in custom wedding cakes, kransekage towers, birthday cakes, iced cookies, Danish American pastries, and unique gingerbread creations. With over 30 years of experience, their colorful and imaginative gingerbread houses—ranging from charming cottages to giant estates with working lights—have delighted clients including Kelly Ripa, Neil Patrick Harris & David Burtka, Amy Grant, and Elton John.
