The East Bay Regional Park District manages and preserves 73 parks across 126,809 acres in Alameda and Contra Costa counties, east of San Francisco. With 1,330 miles of trails and 55 miles of shoreline, the district provides opportunities for outdoor recreation, environmental education, and the conservation of natural and cultural resources.
