Tampa Firefighters Museum

Once a fire station that served the city — now a landmark that brings people together. The Tampa Firefighters Museum is a nationally recognized historic landmark in the heart of Downtown Tampa. The building was rescued by a group of Firefighters just before it was set to be destroyed, and restored to preserve history and offer the community education. Then lower level, Exhibit Hall, is a unique museum full of the city's history by day and a swanky industrial cocktail space by night. The 1911 Ballroom on the Second Floor is a perfect blank canvas, yet full of original details. It's where Historic elegance meets modern function. The 2,500 sq. ft. 1911 Ballroom seats 150 with a dance floor or 180 without, and hosts up to 300 cocktail-style. Original walnut floors, neutral walls, and preserved firehouse details—including a display firefighter’s pole—create a flexible backdrop with city views and blackout blinds. Adjoining spaces include a 1,200 sq. ft. pre-function area, Breakout Café, private Conference Room which doubles as a bridal or green room, and catering prep kitchen.
