We celebrate our access to fresh, high-quality ingredients and products, made by our region’s farms and producers. From local cheeses to seasonal produce, guests enjoy a taste of Wisconsin with every exceptional bite. As well as caring about what comes out of the earth, we care about we put back in it. We’re the first and only green caterer in Wisconsin. Our efforts help reduce food and material waste and increase sustainability. We do things from scratch, taking pride in our creations. That includes everything from our seasonal menus with locally sourced ingredients, to made-to-inspire custom plates.
