Joined by Master Sugar Artist Jessi Vitti and their all female team, they create extraordinarily tasty and stunning edible art. Their cake creations cater to a veritable who’s who of clientele from captains of industry to celebrities to everyone who has a penchant for some of the most exquisite confections ever to adorn a dessert dais.
