Shamane’s Bake Shoppe

Shamane, a Colorado native, began her culinary career in 1990 at the Four Star Flagstaff House Restaurant in Boulder and quickly advanced to pastry chef roles across the U.S., including The Sugarbush Resort in Vermont and the Wrigley Mansion Club in Phoenix. She earned a degree in Culinary Arts, Sciences, and Restaurant Management from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and further honed her skills with advanced pastry courses. After traveling and working across Europe and Asia as a personal chef, she returned to Boulder to serve as pastry chef at The Mediterranean and Brasserie Ten Ten before opening Shamane’s Bake Shoppe in 2004, bringing her globally inspired culinary expertise to her own bakery.
