Seven Confections

A native of Teton Valley, Idaho, Lauren is a true mountain girl with a deep love for family, nature, and artistic design. Her passion for baking began at an early age, inspired by her mother and grandmothers. She pursued her culinary education at The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, CA, where she quickly realized her calling in the pastry arts. With years of experience as a pastry and chocolate chef, Lauren has worked alongside renowned chefs in Jackson, WY, and Paris, France, while also competing in two International Pastry Art competitions. Now, she brings her own unique style to **Seven Confections**, a Driggs-based studio home bakery specializing in wedding cakes, French macarons, and artisan chocolates. In addition to creating stunning confections, Lauren has embraced her passion for teaching, offering in-person classes during the slower seasons.
