Hi, I’m Rebecca—and yes, it used to be a running joke that my title at Ron Ben-Israel Cakes was “Operations, etc.”… until it actually landed on my business card! I’ve been working since I was 12, starting as a library page helping plan community events, and I’ve been fortunate to land at some truly unique and inspiring places along the way—La Jolla Chamber Music Society, Skitch Henderson & the NY Pops at Carnegie Hall, The Portsmouth Music Hall, Partnership for a Drug Free America, The Ensemble Studio Theater, Ed Libby & Co, and Floralia Decorators, to name a few. What I discovered early in my career is that I thrive in creative environments, where I can support artistry while staying mindful of budgets and production needs. That mix of creativity and strategy has evolved into my own company, RWTNYC, where I serve as head storyteller. I don’t think of myself as just a consultant—I use writing, photography, and social media to craft thoughtful, engaging narratives that bring brands, events, and people to life.
