Rasine Hamilton is a professional makeup artist and the owner and founder of Rasine Hamilton Beauty Co, formerly Beats by Chic. With more than 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, she specializes in bridal, special events, airbrush, corporate, and fashion makeup. A graduate of Immaculate Conception High School and holder of a BSc. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UTECH, Rasine has built a strong presence in the corporate and creative community, working with renowned companies such as JPS, Sagicor, Sandals International, and Rose Hall Developments. Her artistry has been featured in The Jamaica Gleaner, the Observer, and magazines including Panache and On, while her client list includes celebrated personalities like Kalilah Reynolds, Kaci Fennell, Davina Bennett, and Terri Karelle.
