Lydia Photography

Having worked in a floral shop for three years and now also a makeup and hair artist, weddings combine all my loves! Everyone has a story and being able to share in that is such a privilege! I’m Lydia, a wedding photographer living amidst the trees of Grass Valley, California and lover of European chocolate, capri blue volcano candles, team both coffee and tea, podcasts, and my newest guilty pleasure -- watching legal commentary on live court cases! Most days you can find me working from home on my MacBook Air, driving over to a coffee shop for a work date (unless it's kombucha with G!), or traveling for a photoshoot I put together on a whim just to be creative. Every day is new and different, and I thrive on the variety and freedom! A favorite part of my job is spending time with people and getting to know them on a deeper level, whether through trying out new hikes, meeting up for coffee, or grabbing lunch together!
