Lily Bauer

Hi, I’m Lily Bauer, a hairstylist at Wink Salon in Asheville, NC, and a proud Weaverville local since 2006. I graduated high school two years early to pursue my passion for hair, starting cosmetology school in 2024, where I discovered my love for color—especially creating perfect blondes and dimensional, lived-in looks. My goal is to become a blonding and curl specialist, but more than anything, I value the connections I build with clients. My chair is a space where you can feel heard, cared for, and completely yourself, and I can’t wait to welcome you in.
