Joanna Tasset and Sébastien Tasset, a chic couple, a dynamic tandem. He works in the kitchen, she in administrative and financial management and communication. Domaine des Jardins is the fortuitous meeting of two life paths. While Sébastien was learning the ropes as a chef in Michelin-starred establishments, Joanna pursued a career as a sales, marketing and communications manager, then as a human resources manager in Krakow, Poland. To learn French and understand Sébastien's world, Joanna starts from scratch, first as a chambermaid then as a housekeeper.
