Lawrence V Bakery

Lawrence Vourtzoumis is a 25 year old pastry chef, cake artist and the owner of Patisserie Lawrence V. From a young age he found a passion to create custom cakes and sweets. To start off with – he would constantly watch tutorials, read cookbooks and watch cooking/baking shows to expand his knowledge and skills. It is then when he decided to start experimenting in the kitchen. By 15 years old, he was making custom cakes and sweets for friends and family which quickly grew not long after.
