Lauren Alegre

Lauren Alegre is a singer, songwriter, musician, and certified hypnotherapist from Susanville, California. She enjoys short walks, long piers, cats, and experimenting with gluten-free baking. Her latest project, Golden Light, is an original hypnotherapy composition—a soothing meditation designed to promote relaxation and ease anxiety. Created to be body-inclusive and accessible to all, it offers a gentle path to healing through sound. Lauren has released two solo music albums: The Green Street EP (2011) and her full-length album, Stella (2012). Since then, she has channeled her musical energy into multiple projects, including the folk group The Alegre Sisters, the Oakland-based pop-rock band COAMB, and the neo-pop duo Ingozi Sound Machine.
