Konditor Meister Günther Mösinger is a classically trained pastry chef whose passion for baking began in his childhood in Freiburg, Germany’s Black Forest. After earning his Konditor Meister title and refining his craft in prestigious hotels, he moved to Boston to work at the Ritz Carlton before opening Konditor Meister in Massachusetts. Now based in Braintree, the nationally recognized bakery is known for its custom wedding cakes and signature Strawberry Grand Marnier cake, with Günther continuing to lead with dedication, precision, and over 40 years of experience.
