Karri Lee Designs

H! I'm Karri (Lee is my middle name) and I'm a watercolor artist and calligrapher based out of central Connecticut, where I live with my husband Brian and our 21 lb. cat, Finn. I’ve been drawing and painting since I was little, always finding my way into my great grandmother’s sketch books while visiting her. My dream job when I was about 6 or 7 was to be a cartoonist for Disney, until I got older and realized none of the drawings were done the old school way anymore (by hand), then I was out. I had a brief stint in the interior design world, (which was my first major in college) before switching gears to painting and art history. Nature is my biggest inspiration, and that reflects in just about every aspect of my life, especially my art. On the weekends you can find me grabbing a cup of coffee, going for a drive while listening to good music, exploring, cozying up at our home away from home in Vermont, and always with friends and family.
