Based in Los Angeles (and with Chicago roots), Katrina has been drawn to a variety of creative storytelling but grew to love photography in 2016. At the heart of why she does what she does, she enjoys people, loves getting to know their stories, and enjoys capturing fond moments in time. At any opportunity to shoot, her hope is to create a comfortable and fun experience. She wants her clients to look back on any portrait session with good feelings, not only tied to the photos they receive afterwards but also the experience they had. Similarly, with weddings, her hope is for people to have a sense of comfort throughout their most important day, especially through those more intentional photo moments. When editing and curating galleries, she hopes her clients can look back on those photos years from now and still feel those same feelings, as if they just happened!
