I'm excited to get to know you and your journey so far! I create beautiful bespoke wedding ceremonies based on your love story, personality, wants and wishes. Each ceremony I write is completely different and the beauty of going down the Celebrant route is that you can celebrate your union in a way that reflects who you are and what kind of a day you wish for. Well that's what I will need to discover. Read on to find out what I do...... Ju, The Reporter - chatting and getting to know you both is where it all starts. This is where I work much like a reporter, delving (if you like) and finding out what is central to who you are and how things work between you as a couple. Ju, The Composer - beginning your wedding ceremony script is sketchy and compartmentalised. It's just an outline but much like composing a piece of music, it develops over time. Ju, The Writer - putting all the elements together is not a cut and paste jobby. It's not war and peace; it's not an hour long monologue and it's certainly not yawn-worthy! It's a skilled intricate weaving of key elements that make up the uniqueness of you in a way that shows the world how important these elements are in the building of your futures together. It's an illustration of how you got to this point and why things work so well. You are showing everyone why you are so perfect for one another! Ju, The Editor - Once the draft is sent to you and you let me know what your thoughts are, your script is adapted as new thoughts and ideas inevitably come to light. Ju, The Planner - I will contact your photographer, stylist and venue to say hello, tell them about your plans to ensure a collaborative approach. After all I want to make sure the ceremony space is going to be prepared according to how you want your ceremony to run and that everyone involved is aware of any special requirements. Ju, The Administrator - And then we have it! BINGO! It's perfect and work to get ready for your big day. Proof-reading, liaising with family (if needed), printing, prepping. Checking directions, parking at the venue. Ju, The Stylist - So, considering your theme/colour scheme, I make decisions on which outfit would be suit your day. I have a few to choose from but I'm happy to invest in my work and find a suitable outfit if required. Ju, The Producer - It's your big day!! I will prepare, check and double check all that I need to be with you on your special day and will arrive 2 hours before your ceremony. I will come and say hello to you both and check how you are feeling. I will find out if you have any questions and will help with any last minute nerves or anxiety. After all I will be there every step of the way and will hold your hand, pass you tissues, 'prop' you up, stand in and speak for you if wanted me to and be ready to adapt to any unexpected happenings (in the 0.02% of cases) Ju, The Conductor - I am excited to be the one to take you through all the elements you asked for, beautifully delivered with passion and warmth and the one who announces you as 'Mr & Mrs' after your wedding and will love to wait my turn at the end of a long line of people who will be waiting to wish you HUGE CONGRATULATIONS!
