Island Creek Oysters is a vertically integrated oyster farm and seafood business based in Duxbury, Massachusetts. They grow premium oysters in the cold, nutrient-rich waters of Duxbury Bay, supplying top chefs and restaurants nationwide, including Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry and Per Se.
