Founded by the Cianciosi family with roots in Rimini, Italy, Filo’s Gelato brings over 40 years of gelato-making tradition to California. From learning the craft as a child under the guidance of master gelato makers to opening multiple shops and teaching the art internationally, the founder has dedicated a lifetime to perfecting artisanal gelato. Today, Filo’s Gelato shares that passion with the local community through daily homemade gelato, a mobile gelato truck, and catering, honoring family traditions while introducing a taste of Italy to America.
