His journey continued at The Langham, Chicago, where he served as Director of Catering and remains a trusted consultant, contributing actively to the brand’s social and cultural platform. Rooted in the rich traditions of Asian hospitality, the company approaches every wedding, social, and corporate event with intention, reverence, and a deep sense of personal storytelling. Events by Shaun Rajah was launched in 2020 during the quiet resilience of the pandemic.
