We at El Huerto Farm to Table Restaurant are thrilled to announce the opening of “Rancho La Huerta,” our support farm situated in the charming town of Miraflores. Since the beginning of this project, our main goal has been to promote sustainability and set an example in the efficient use of resources. Today, we present the launch of the first in a series of documentaries that will reveal the journey we have undertaken to close the circles of planting, care, and harvest of our land, as well as its proper recovery for the upcoming crops with the assistance of animals. This is aimed at generating a change in the gastronomic proposal.
