Led by Chef and owner Bob Vala, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, the restaurant showcases farm-to-table dishes featuring fresh local ingredients like Lake Perch, salmon, and morels. Just a mile and a half from the Tunnel of Trees, The Crow’s Nest offers a true “Up North” dining experience and specializes in custom catering with a full liquor license to create distinctive events.
